1、機(jī)油加得過(guò)多
當(dāng)機(jī)油不足時(shí),軸承與軸頸等會(huì)發(fā)生潤(rùn)滑不良,加劇磨損甚至引發(fā)燒瓦軸事故。但機(jī)油太多,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)同樣也要出故障,即在工作時(shí)曲軸柄、連桿大端會(huì)產(chǎn)生劇烈攪動(dòng),將增加發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)部功率損失,還會(huì)使濺到缸壁上的機(jī)油增多,產(chǎn)生燒排機(jī)油故障。因此,機(jī)油應(yīng)控制在機(jī)油尺的上、下刻線之間為好。
2、盲目喜歡進(jìn)口配件
有些抽沙船用戶特別喜歡“進(jìn)口”配件,但適合歐洲配件在國(guó)內(nèi)往往難有上佳表現(xiàn),特別是有的配件特別“嬌氣”,容易引發(fā)事故。事實(shí)上,國(guó)產(chǎn)配件根據(jù)實(shí)際情況而生產(chǎn)的,更適合,價(jià)位更合理。
